The congress will start on June 16, 2017 and close on June 19, 2017.

SECRETARIAT AND REGISTRATION DESK
The pre-registration and on-site registration desks will be open for individuals during the following days:

June 16, 2017 →  12h00 – 18h00 

June 17, 2017 →  07h15 – 19h00 

June 18, 2017 →  07h15 – 19h00 

June 19, 2017 →  07h15 – 16h30 

 


ADMISSION
Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge during all congress activities to be admitted to the scientific sessions and all the areas of the congress.
Lost badges will only be replaced against the payment of an handling fee and upon proof of original registration.

Please note that children are not allowed in the Congress area.

CLOAKROOM
A cloakroom is at participants’ disposal a t their charge.
It is located at level 0 and will follow the following opening hours:

FRIDAY, JUNE 16 from 12.00 to 21.00
SATURDAY, JUNE 17 from 07.15 to 20.30
SUNDAY, JUNE 18 from 07.15 to 19.30
MONDAY, JUNE 19 from 07.15 to 16.30

INSURANCE
Congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries or for loss of or damage to property belonging to congress participants, either during or as a result of the Congress. Therefore please check the validity of your own insurance.

LANGUAGE
The official language of the Meeting is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.

LUNCHES
Participants wearing their congress badge are entitled to receive a box lunch free of charge on June 17, 18 and 19, 2017.
Box lunches are served at level 1 of the congress venue, upon presentation of the related daily coupon (a different coupon for each day) that delegates receive along with the badge.

The 27th European Meeting on Hypertension and Cardiovascular Protection supports the project Siticibo promoted by Fondazione Banco Alimentare Onlus, a non-profit organization that collects fresh left-over/exceeding food to be delivered to the needy.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Participants in need of medical assistance should contact the Info Point located at level 0 of the congress venue: an ambulance with a medical equipe is located very close, at the rear entrance of the MiCo.

MOBILE PHONES
Delegates are kindly requested to set their mobile phones on silent mode in the Rooms where scientific sessions are being held.

NO-SMOKING
Smoking in the Meeting area is not allowed.

PROGRAMME CHANGES
The organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances.
Please check the website or the official APP for regular updates. The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, relocate or change any of the sessions or to add new session.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE
A free shuttle bus service from the underground stop AMENDOLA FIERA to MiCo entrance and back is available during the Meeting, from June 16 to 19, 2017 according to the following hours:

MiCo →  AMENDOLA FIERA from 18.30 to 21.00

SATURDAY, JUNE 17

SUNDAY, JUNE 18

UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO HOLD IT
In the unlikely case that the ESH 2017 Meeting cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, etc) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.

WI-FI
All meeting areas are covered by free Wi-Fi connection, throughout the duration of the Annual Meeting.
