Please ensure your hotel reservation is made by May 30, 2017. After this date, room availability is not guaranteed.
We have reserved a large number of hotel rooms at preferential rates in different price categories for the period of the Congress in hotels close to Congress Venue and in the city center as well as other areas of the town and in the outskirts.
All hotels are well connected by public transportation to the Congress Venue.

Payment information
Pre-payment of the total stay is requested upon confirmation. Payments can be finalized by credit card.
A reservation fee of Euro 20,00 (VAT 22% included) will also be charged upon confirmation of the booking. MICO Dmc will issue an invoice for the total paid and a voucher will be sent out as confirmation.
Cancellation
Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to MICO Dmc (by email or fax). In case of cancellation, MICO Dmc will apply the following cancellation fees:
• Before March 16, 2017: only the reservation fee (Euro 20,00) will be kept
• Before May 16, 2017: one night accommodation will be kept
• After May 16, 2017: 100% of the total stay will be kept
Reimbursements will be settled within 60 days after the congress.
Milan City Tax
Starting from 1st September 2012, Milan City Council has introduced a city tax for tourists staying overnight in Milan. Tourists will have to pay the levy upon check out in addition to the hotel bill as follows:
• Euro 5,00 per person per night for guests staying at 5-star hotels
• Euro 5,00 per person per night for guests staying at 4-star hotels
• Euro 4,00 per person per night for guests staying at 3-star hotels
